Good

Quite close to Budapest city center, close to the metro station.

The room was very cold at check-in, had to wait for hours to feel the heat. Breakfast is very basic, impossible to drink the coffee they serve.

Personel was very good. Especially the receptionist Timeia was very helpful , she helped me about the touristic points. I want the hotel make a special gift for her.

Wonderful

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us with a lot of information and when we said that we will check out very early (before breakfast time), they prepared us sandwiches the night before so we could take those as breakfast.

Amazing location and great breakfast to visit Budapest

Location! Walking distance to everything! You don’t need to take the public transportation if you like to walk’ lidl in 50m Breakfast is amazing! Internet connection The price for our stay Family room

They could provide body lotion ! Just the same soap for hands, hair and body. I didn’t feel cold in our room, however it came the cold weather from the windows!

Perfect location, interesting stylization, amazing breakfast!

Perfect location right in the city center. It was very easy to find and was close to my points of interest. The whole hotel is stylized with videogame graphics and designs. Might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I really liked it! Amazing breakfast was actually amazing. Probably one of the best breakfasts I've encountered so far on my travels. I think that it must satisfy absolutely everybody with wide selection from everything English breakfast related to fruits. Despite being in city center, the room was pretty quiet and you couldn't hear traffic outside. Very generous checkout up to 12:00 too, which can be very handy!

Sometimes you could hear conversations in the hallways, but that's really nitpicking. I think that it would be very handy to have a shower curtain in the bathroom; there was only a small glass pane half the width of the bathtub, which does not block water that well.

They cleaned the room daily. They offered us breakfast boxes because we were leaving really early to catch our flight back home. They werw polite and helpful.The room was big.

Breakfast could have more variety. It was the same every day.

Very Good

Nice design of rooms and the rest is on good level as for Ibis Styles. Staff help us to organise a small surprise for my gf in the room. Location is in good place. Parking for guests is paid and be careful with a big cars because parking in underground and not to much space. Close to hotel a lot of electric scooters and bycicles for rent.

Nice hotel, not exactly in the city centre, but you could easily walk. Metro station is very close. Our room was nice and very quiet - windows were facing inner yard, thanks to the hotel, as we requested it.

Breakfast was quite poor. Maybe it is OK for 3-star hotel, i am not sure. There were very few options, omelette tasted weird... And coffee was from the coffee machine, not the best quality.

It was clean. The bed was very confortable.

The room was very small. Just a bit larger than the bed. Deffinitely not the one from the official photos. And the window opened toward a tiny closed internal yard, where each window is surrounded by many others from all directions and floors. So it’s not that I didn’t have a view, but no one had privacy, unless you close all curtains.

Ibis é sempre una garanzia!

Hotel is very nice with cool design. It has everything you need. Spacious room, spacious shower, comfortable bed, shower gel, hand soap, towels and hairdryer in the room. Staff is very professional and helpful. Despite the room type I booked was for double only, I tried to request twin (only if available). Communication by emails was polite and quick. They gave me the twin room instead. Wonderful touch. Breakfast satisfays everyone: who likes sweet items, who likes savoury items. Please bear in mind that to get to the most important attractions such as the chain bridge you need to walk at least 20 or take buses available just nearby the hotel.
